ADP has requested the following enhancement for Tag-Level reports:
Problem
When exporting content library data:
- All tags appear grouped in a single column.
- Solution tags are encoded as “+TagName”, but cannot be filtered or separated easily in Tableau or Excel.
Requested Enhancement
API access or enhanced exports enabling:
- Filtering or grouping by tags (especially “+” solution tags)
- Retrieving content library data by tag or tag category
- Providing structured tag output (e.g., one column per tag or tag array)
Desired Use Cases
- Count how many items per solution haven’t been reviewed in 6 months
- Identify moderation items by solution tag
- Evaluate content health for each business unit
