Problem
Updates made in the Content Library do not automatically update Section Library content.
This causes:
- Redundant work (must update in multiple places).
- Inconsistent content between libraries.
- Risks to accuracy and version control.
Requested Enhancement
A unified content model where:
- Content library updates automatically propagate to all section/project/library instances.
- Metadata, tags, and text sync without manual intervention.
Customer Context
- This feature was promised during original implementation 6–7 years ago.
- It remains a significant operational burden.
- Considered a major missing foundational capability by the customer.
