Content Health Dashboard to include custom fields filtering

FIS (348K ARR) like this release but would like to be able to sort by custom fields on this dashboard. They also would love to see it on the reports page with all the other dashboards but that is secondary. Custom field filtering is pretty critical to the success of them being able to leverage this report to sort/truly understand the health of their library across all records.

@support Why would they need to filter the dashboard based on custom field? I would like to understand the use case.

Hi @sathish s, My customer Stepstone flagged this idea as well. They came to me with an ask of needing to know a retrospective report of the volume of archivals, moderated content, updates, trash, etc. across their Asset Class custom field options (They asked for monthly, quarterly and yearly). The 'More Details' chart in the dashboard only shows a summary of the entire library, and it is not responsive to any filtering.

Since Custom Reports is not able to do this sort of time-based retrospective reporting, and with our dashboards (Health and Insights) only capable of tallying/visualizing summaries of the complete library, this is essentially a reasonable reporting request that cannot be fulfilled at this time.
