Problem Statement
When a Content Library review begins, the Q&A content card immediately displays a red “Overdue” notification in the top right corner. This creates confusion for reviewers, as it gives the impression they have already failed to complete the task, when in fact they’ve only just been assigned the review.
Proposed Change
Update the messaging logic so that upon assignment, the card reflects a neutral status such as “Review Pending” rather than “Overdue.”
Impact
This change will reduce unnecessary stress and confusion for reviewers, provide clearer visibility into review status, and better align messaging with the actual workflow state.
