I am raising this request on behalf of Feedzai. In our recent discussions they emphasized the value of the tag recommendation capability that already exists in the Content Library. It allows their team to organize information more effectively and ensure consistent tagging across their stored content.
The client’s request is to extend this same capability into Projects, specifically at the AI Draft level. Their expectation is that when drafting responses, the system should automatically recommend relevant tags just as it does in the Content Library. This would allow them to associate tags during drafting rather than after the fact, which is crucial for maintaining structure, improving searchability, and saving time under deadlines.
