Hello Product Team,
We’ve received feedback from one of our clients, Rodrigo from Feedzai, regarding an issue they encountered during a recent interaction. The issue is that checkboxes in multi-checkbox responses are being replaced with plain text, which is leading to confusion for the client.
Currently, the system retains the content of multi-checkbox responses as full rich text, but it does not preserve the actual checkboxes. While the content is preserved, the visual context of the selected checkboxes is lost, and as a result, users can’t differentiate between selected and non-selected options in the content library.
Request:
The client has requested that we enhance the system to retain the visual checkbox elements in multi-checkbox responses. This would allow the context of the checkboxes to be preserved in the content library and moderation tasks, improving clarity and differentiation for users when reviewing the responses.
This feature would ideally:
- Retain the checkboxes as selectable elements in responses.
- Allow differentiation between checked and unchecked options even after saving the response as full rich text.
- Improve the user experience in the content library by providing visual cues for selected options.
While this functionality is not currently supported, it would provide valuable usability improvements for clients working with multi-checkbox responses.
Could you please consider this enhancement for future releases? Here is a video attached below for your reference. If additional details are required, feel free to reach out.
Thank you for your attention to this request!
Best regards,
~Sachin
