Content Library Update Tips

I would love to hear some tips and best practices on keeping the content library up to date on an ongoing basis. We have a network of content owners managing the Q&As and some are great about reviewing them, but this isn't across the board. Does anyone have some tactics that may have worked well?

Hi @ElisaChoe - this is always a huge challenge!

Here are a few things I've found helpful when trying to better engage your SMEs:

1. If you set the table for them they'll come eat! Assigning them as reviewers and setting their review schedules for them helps alleviate the stress of logging in and working inside RFPIO.
2. Narrow their focus as much as possible. RFPIO is a big platform with a ton of functionality and it may turn some of your users off if they think that they have to learn the entire thing. Make sure you train them on the specific functions you need them to accomplish and reassure them that you'll take care of the rest.
3. Use the Answer Library Insights tool to help drive the conversation. Use the data to show a specific SMEs how often their content is being used, and how important it is that they stay on top of their review cycles.
