Support Verbatim designation during Content Library bulk import from Org Settings > Content Library > Backup > Import updates
Description:
Customers performing bulk Content Library imports currently do not have an option to identify or designate Q&A content as Verbatim as part of the import.
Requested enhancement: Add a field/column to the supported bulk-import template that allows customers to specify whether an imported Q&A pair should be marked as Verbatim (for example, Verbatim = Yes/No). Responsive would then automatically apply the Verbatim setting when the content is imported.
Customer impact: Customers migrating or maintaining a large volume of content must currently import the content first, identify the applicable Q&A pairs (for example, through a temporary tag), and then update them as Verbatim in the Content Library. Supporting this during import would reduce manual post-import work and make large-scale content migrations more efficient and less error-prone.
Current workaround: Apply a dedicated Verbatim tag before import → complete the import → filter/select the tagged content in Content Library → update the selected content as Verbatim.
