The answer header toggle should be disabled by default during exports to eliminate manual removal of answer headers from proposal documents after export.

reason for the need- Narrative single section RFP- while adding new section templates or write ups, headers are getting added, which is not needed during export.

@Bency Ann Varghese Tested this scenario. There is no answer headers exported as the project does not contain any QA. I recreated the scenrio in my local instance with only one section and a description and upon export only the section and its description were exported. Can you test again and confirm?

That said, showing the answer header option without QA pairs is not an ideal experience and not required. We will consider enhancing this in future and not immediately as it is not a show-stopper for Syngene.
