Enhancement Request
Add guest users to the project-level Team page so that all project participants, including guests, can be viewed in one centralized location.
Current Behavior
Guest users can be seen from the project dashboard, but they are not included on the Team page alongside the other project participants. Sarah confirmed that displaying guests there is not currently supported.
Desired Behavior
When navigating to Team within a project, users should be able to see both standard Responsive users and guest contributors associated with that project. Guest users could be clearly labeled as “Guest” to distinguish their access level.
Business Need / Use Case
Proposal managers use the Team page to understand who is participating in a project. When guest contributors are only visible elsewhere in the application, it is easy to overlook them and get an incomplete picture of who has been engaged. Including guests on the Team page would provide a single, reliable view of all project contributors and make project coordination easier.
