When additional Authors or Reviewers are assigned sequentially, users can hover over the workflow icon at the individual question level and view the reviewer order as expected.
However, when Authors/Reviewers are assigned in bulk, the workflow does not display the reviewer sequence, nor does it show the existing reviewer information on the questions. This makes it difficult for Proposal Managers to verify the current assignment order before making changes.
The customer (Octave) has reported that this results in a manual and time-consuming process when managing Authors and Reviewers in bulk.
