Sub-questions are not clearly indicated in grid view

State Street has suggested this Enhancement idea

Grid view lacks the arrow/indicator that shows a question is a sub-question. Currently , there is no indicator at all

@vishal In content library → Section template, there is a arrow indication for sub questions. Refer screenshot below. Can you explain what the customer is referring to exactly?
