Add a search option to search by document title only in the Content Library

Business Need:

Currently, the keyword search in the Content Library searches both the document title and the content inside the document. This makes it difficult to quickly find a specific document by its title.

For example, if a user is looking for a document titled "Q3 Sales Playbook", the search also returns other documents that mention "Q3" or "Sales Playbook" in their content, even if those documents have different titles. The user must review many unrelated search results before finding the correct document.

The existing search by imported file name is not a good alternative because imported file names often contain internal naming conventions or system-generated names that users do not recognize.

Requested Enhancement:

Add a search field or filter that searches only the document title as it appears in the Responsive Content Library.

This would allow users to:

Find documents by their displayed title without searching document content.
Reduce unrelated search results.
Locate the correct document more quickly and efficiently.

Expected Benefit:

A title-only search would improve document management, reduce search time, and make it easier for users to find the exact document they need, especially in large Content Libraries with many similar documents.

@Gabrielle Griffin I understand that the customer is referring to the actual document name that they have uploaded in content library as a document or as an attachment to Q&A pair or section template. If yes, then we will consider this for future based on the request from other customers.

Yes! You are correct. Thank you so much for considering this! I really think this would provide a lot of value for customers who rely heavily on documents in their Content Library.

It seems like a relatively small enhancement that could significantly improve the search experience. Being able to search by an exact document title would return much more concise and relevant results, rather than requiring users to sift through every document that happens to contain the same keyword.

Overall, it feels like a simple way to eliminate some friction in day-to-day content management and help users find exactly what they're looking for much more quickly.
