Currently, when Content Library updates are made to Q&A pairs that are used in projects, each updated response is flagged with a light bulb icon within the project. Users are required to click into each individual response and accept the change one by one. For organizations managing large-scale projects such as standard DDQs with hundreds of responses updated on a quarterly basis, this process is extremely time consuming and repetitive.
This enhancement requests the ability to bulk accept all Content Library update suggestions within a project in a single action, or alternatively, a setting that allows the project to automatically apply Content Library updates without requiring manual acceptance for each response.
Use Cases:
- Organizations that maintain a Content Library quarterly and use Project Templates to generate standard DDQs need to accept all updated responses at once rather than one by one, significantly reducing time spent on repetitive tasks
- Teams managing large DDQ projects with hundreds of updated responses would benefit greatly from a single "Accept All" or "Apply All Changes" button within the project view
- An auto-apply setting at the project or template level would allow Content Library updates to be reflected automatically in active projects, eliminating the need for manual review of each light bulb suggestion
- Supports more efficient quarterly review workflows where the same set of templates is reused across multiple projects and needs to stay in sync with Content Library updates
