Enhancement Request - from client Octave
Allow admins to define standard/default response headers that are automatically created for every new Q&A pair in the Content Library.
Current Challenge
Today, response headers must be created manually for each Q&A. This creates extra work for SMEs and content managers, increases the risk of inconsistent naming, and makes it difficult to enforce a standardized content structure across the library.
As we expand our use of AI, having consistent response headers has become increasingly important.
Desired Functionality
We would like the ability to configure default response headers at the organization level (similar to predefined tags). For example, every Q&A could automatically include:
- Availability / Effort Rating
- Narrative Response
The first header would contain a standardized set of values (such as Out of the Box, Configuration Required, Customization Required, Not Available, etc.), while the second would hold the narrative answer.
This would provide a consistent framework for all new content without requiring users to manually create these headers every time.
Business Benefits
- Standardizes content across the entire library
- Reduces manual work for SMEs and content managers
- Improves data quality and governance
- Supports more consistent AI outputs, especially for Fee Assessments
- Eliminates the need for repetitive import/export workarounds when onboarding or updating content
