Responsive’s current import process expects questions to be organized vertically, requiring users to manually transpose worksheets before importing and then reverse the process after exporting responses back to the customer.
For large questionnaires, this creates significant manual effort and introduces opportunities for formatting errors.

Expand import capabilities to recognize or map questionnaires where questions are organized horizontally across columns.
