Repeatable Documents with Ties to the Library

I am looking to create a self-serve document where our sales team can select components to include and then produce a branded/formatted document (for example, a Vendor Profile for a specific product/solution) with those components. I know this is available, but I am questioning whether those components can be tied to the Content Library so that they are updated automatically when the content in the Library is updated, without manual intervention.

I am also interested in producing a standard DDQ document with common Q&As that we can provide to proactively prevent late requests or prompt earlier DDQ requests. I get too many DDQs that need to be completed before the contract can be signed in a matter of days. I would also like the answers in this document to be linked to the DB so they are automatically updated when the Library content changes, without manual intervention.

Those sections can be maintained and updated centrally within the Content Library, which helps ensure that the latest approved content is reflected whenever those sections are used in generated documents.

For the DDQ use case specifically, many teams create a standard proactive response document using the same approach — leveraging reusable library-driven content so updates can be managed centrally instead of manually editing multiple documents over time.
