End users- need to format the RFP regularly- taking additional 30 mins to 1 hour- to go back and forth modifying the document and then going back and re-importing the document while clearing out any previous imports. This takes time. They go to Mouemen and ask him to complete - issue is complex RFPs with multiple headings.
