From a customer -
"It would be nice for long flag names if a user can hover over the flags to see the full flag name."
In the example below, we see the flag has a long name, and mousing/hovering over it doesn't show the full name.

@sathish s This is picked by RRT, as the existing value is displayed as tooltip, there cannot be a tooltip for a tooltip. Hence, as per design team, the full name of the flag will always be visible upon hovering over the Flags icon
