I would like to raise a feature enhancement request based on recent client feedback.
Enhancement Request:
Track changes across the full RFP lifecycle with visibility similar to “Track Changes” in MS Word.
Current Gap:
Clients are looking for a transparent way to view:
- Who made specific edits or modifications
- What changes were made (content-level comparison)
- When the changes were made
- A clear before-and-after comparison view
At present, the Activities pane and individual question-level tracking do not provide sufficient transparency, especially during collaborative editing across the full RFP cycle. It becomes difficult for stakeholders and reviewers to confidently validate updates or audit changes.
Expected Outcome:
A centralized, document-level track changes capability that:
- Highlights additions, deletions, and modifications
- Clearly attributes edits to specific users
- Enables filtering by user/date
- Improves governance and compliance visibility
Business Impact:
This capability would significantly improve collaboration, audit readiness, compliance confidence, and executive review workflows — particularly for enterprise clients managing large, cross-functional RFP responses.
