Introduce a new filter option labeled “Only” within the Content Library Collection filter (alongside existing options: Any, All, Exclude). This filter would allow users to identify Q&A pairs that belong exclusively to a single selected collection and are not associated with any other collections.
Use Case:
Content managers and technical writers need to identify Q&A pairs that exist in only one collection for governance, cleanup, and organizational purposes.
For example:
- Auditing content to determine which Q&As are not shared across multiple collections.
- Identifying isolated content that may need to be standardized or distributed more broadly.
- Cleaning up duplicate or overlapping content structures.
- Managing collection-specific content ownership.
Currently, users can filter by Any, All, or Exclude, but there is no way to quickly determine which Q&As are associated with one specific collection and no others. Adding an “Only” option would improve content visibility, governance, and efficiency within large libraries.
