Currently, there is only the capability to have owners/reviewers of full sections, but not sub-sections. A client has a need where they have multiple people responsible for different sub-sections of a greater section and it would be easy for them to be able to assign those people vs. having one person responsible for it all as they may not be responsible for every aspect.
