Update Response Headers in bulk through the import updates

This request is from Cigna Corporation.

Client would like to rename \ add \ delete Response headers along with responses via 'import Updates' Feature.

Client says that -  Especially as we move towards using AI tools, being able to make large updates via the import updates feature is important to us.  Given that it works that way if we’re uploading new content, I don’t think it should be a stretch to make that same feature work through the important updates feature.

@GS Karthika I agree for remove we do not have an option now. I can consider it for future. For other two options such as rename and add I would suggest following

Rename:

1. Select all content in library
2. Select response header update option as shown in screenshot below and rename the response header (Note: If the content is already in moderation or review then it will not be updated)

Add

1. Create a new response header for a single Q&A pair
2. Export all the content from AL back up
3. Now the exported document will have the new response header for all Q&A pair
4. Update the response for the new response header in all Q&A pair and then import the file again

Please suggest these steps to the customer and let me know if this works.
