Smart Search sources - open source items in a "pop up" not in a new tab.

UPS Health has noticed that when the source is sited in a smart search result, clicking on the items causes a new tab to be opened. They are requesting that at sources from the content library are opened in a pop up window (similar to how these sources are viewed in AI Draft response).

@lee Opening the sources in pop up will allow the users to view in the same page and users need to close the pop up and then view the generated response. But with current implementation since it is opened in new tab, both source and ai generated response can be compared by switching the tab or by comparing two tabs side by side.
