I’m submitting this enhancement request on behalf of our strategic client, Deloitte.
Request Summary:
Enable drill-down functionality in the Content Library Dashboard > Activity Trends tile/graph, so users can click into activity metrics and insights for the following:
· New Content Added
· Content Reviewed
· Content Moderated
Clicking each hyperlink should direct the user to a detailed report filtered appropriately.
Business Need:
Content Managers at Deloitte (and similar clients) require granular insights into content activity (who did what, and when).
Current dashboards show high-level counts, but lack drill-down capability to analyze productivity and progress at the individual and team level.
This functionality is critical for:
- Tracking productivity during large-scale content refreshes.
- Monitoring progress across both Q&As and Documents.
- Identifying how many records were added, reviewed, and/or moderated by specific users within a specified window.
Requested Functionality
- Hyperlinks in Activity Trends
- Add clickable hyperlinks to:
- New Content Added
- Content Reviewed
- Content Moderated
- Each hyperlink opens a new report filtered to the corresponding records.
- Respect the “Days” filter already applied in the Activity Trends tile.
- New Drill-Down Report to Included Added, Reviewed, and Moderated Productivity Metrics
- Similar in structure to the new Content Review Status Dashboard, but expanded to include both Q&As and Documents.
- Provide a Review Summary Report that includes:
- Total number of records added/reviewed/moderated.
- Breakdown by user: how many records each reviewer/owner has added/reviewed/moderated.
- Summarized metrics with dynamic fields that allow further filtering/drill-down into specific records.
Example Use Case (Deloitte)
- Deloitte Content Managers want to monitor how many pieces of content individual owners reviewed during their content refresh.
- With this enhancement, they could:
- Click “Content Reviewed” in Activity Trends.
- See a report filtered to the last 30 days (based on the Days filter).
- View a breakdown by user of completed reviews, with ability to drill down to the specific Q&As/documents.
Impact:
· This enhancement would give Content Managers actionable, drillable insights into content activity and productivity of team members.
· It leverages data Responsive already captures for Activity Trends, and surfaces it in a way that supports accountability, productivity tracking, and leadership reporting.
