Content Export from the library: change order of the entities

This request comes from Lumen. They are not yet a client but are evaluating Responsive. They currently use Qvidian.

A critical workflow requires that they export content to share with external SMEs. This is a process that is successful with their Qvidian use today that they are not able to abandon if they move to Responsive.

They are finding our library export deficient and difficult to understand in comparison to Qvidian export. They are struggling with the fact that we first list the Question, then show the Metadata and then get to the Response/Answer (when Answer Library backup is enabled).

QV exports are in the order: Metadata, Question, Answer. ← This is preferred because the Q & A appear near each other whereas in our exports they are disjointed by the Metadata.

The request is to change the order of the entities. Instead of Question, Metadata, Answer they would like to see Metadata, Question, Answer

@Michael Butcher I reviewed the S4. I understand that the customer is expecting a different order of export rather than the default order. From product perspective I feel hard coding a different order is not advisable and we may have to make this configurable. I mean there should be a option to reorder the group's like question, answer, metadata before export and then user should be able to export the content. But making this configurable is a huge epic. Instead I would suggest to go with custom reports so that they can create a custom report in desired order and export the content. Let me know if that works.
