When a document is added to a Q&A pair via upload (rather than selecting from the Document Library), require it to also be saved to the Document Library. This will ensure consistent tracking and make it easier to manage updates across all documents.
@Renee Underwood Thanks for the S4. Are you saying, If the document is uploaded directly to a Q&A pair and doesn't exist in the Document Library, the system should automatically save it to the Document Library?
Yes! That's been the customer's experience. They want it to be required that the document lives in the library for it to be attatchable for Q/A Pairs.
