Currently, when users attempt to use the “@mention ” functionality within the Edit in Word feature inside CCL Documents, the system allows them to type the “@” symbol and a name but does not dynamically populate user names as it does in the standalone Word application. This limits the ability to tag/notify other team members directly within the document, reducing efficiency in collaborative editing.
Customer Expectation:
Users expect the @mention functionality to work inside the Edit in Word mode in CCL Documents the same way it does in Microsoft Word — with name suggestions populating and notifying tagged users.
