Source & Summary: This feature request originates directly from customer feedback. Our customers have recommended that we provide the ability to sort content by its Trace Score on the Answering page, AI Drafts, and/or within Guided Projects. They state this capability would provide them with tremendous value.
Customer-Stated Problem: Without a way to sort by Trace Score, customers report that their content review workflow is inefficient. They are unable to easily distinguish between answers that require urgent attention (low scores) and those that can be quickly approved (high scores), forcing them to manually triage their work.
Customer Goals & Use Cases: Based on their feedback, customers intend to use this feature for two primary purposes:
- To Prioritize Critical Reviews: By sorting in ascending order (lowest score first), they can immediately focus their attention on the answers that need the most revision and quality control.
- To Accelerate Approvals: By sorting in descending order (highest score first), they can quickly identify, verify, and approve high-quality answers in batches, significantly speeding up their workflow.
Functional Requirements: To address the customers' requests, the following functionality should be implemented in the specified interfaces:
- The "Trace Score" column header should be made interactive.
- Clicking the header should allow sorting in both ascending and descending order.
- A visual indicator must be present to show the current sort direction.
- This feature should be available on all relevant pages where lists of answers are reviewed.
