Description:
Clients rely on the "Last Updated" timestamp to track content changes. Currently, it only reflects changes to Question/Answer fields-not metadata ([O]) fields-limiting their ability to extract a complete history of updates.
Client Request:
Either:
- Update the "Last Updated" logic to include metadata ([O]) field changes
or - Provide an alternative method (e.g. API/export) to track all content updates, including metadata changes.
Impact:
Without full visibility, client reporting and governance processes are impacted. They’ve flagged this as a high priority.
