When adding attachments, the user prefers to add the attachment and then always selects the option to "Retain Document in Library Link" option so the subsequent users leveraging the record have a link to an up-to-date record rather than an attachment that may be out of date.
This option always exists within the content library when modifying CL records (see screenshot 1):
But when answering questions in projects, if they try to add an attachment in the same way and link it back, the toggle option to "Retain Document in Library Link" is not available (see screenshot 2):
Customer would like this option avail in projects when adding attachments the same as it is when in the CL.
