This is not from any ticket. These are just my own ideas.
1.. When AI Draft is run, I believe the Entity Type in the project activities should be 'Sections' since it is something that is done at the section level and not the project level.
Also, this activity should show for which all sections AI Draft was run so that when another user clicks AI Draft and sees that these sections are greyed out (in the AI Draft sections pop up window), they will know that it is greyed out because another user is running it. The user who opened AI Draft might forget that AI Draft is running for these sections. So, in that case, other users can separately communicate with the first user to close AI Draft from their side so that the second user or other users can start running AI Draft for those sections.
2.. When we click AI Draft, a pop up window will open showing the different sections. If a section is greyed out, there are different possible reasons for that. One of the reason is - that section is open in AI Draft. So, in this window itself this should be indicated with a small icon and it should show who using AI Draft for this section.
3.. When AI Draft is opened, the activity name is now just 'AI Draft'. I think it can be called 'AI Draft open' or 'AI Draft running' or something like that.
Also, there should be activity recorded when AI Draft is closed. The name of the activity can be called 'AI Draft closed' so that we know that after AI Draft was opened, it was closed also. And here also it should show the section names.
