State Street would benefit from being able to control when their Owners are allowed to edit a record. they have thousands of SMEs that could be assigned as Owners, and it's important to their process that they only be able to edit content on a specific review cadence. Current behavior allows Owners to edit their assigned content at any time. State Street would like to have an option when creating custom roles to only allow Owners to edit their content if it is currently in the Review Queue
