I'm curious if anyone has encountered a scenario where you want Responsive AI to use a document containing sensitive information to answer customer queries, but you don't want the document itself to be shared as an attachment.
I haven't been able to figure out how to manage this with current functionalities. Does anyone have suggestions on how to handle this?
