Content Library Import via PDF

OneDigital asking to be able to import to the library via PDF the same way they can for projects. Right now they are trying to do file conversions but it doesn't always come out clean/consistent in formatting when converting the file and they would like to be able to do Q/A imports to the library directly from the PDF
