Ability to calculate next review date from the last reviewed date instead of the current date.

Shatzi from Instructure is Bulk updating the Next review dates to one year from now (Today: April 18th, 2025). The current behavior is all the selected QA pairs will have the next review date as April 18th, 2026.

The user has requested this date be calculated from the last reviewed date instead of the date when the bulk update is performed.
