Have you seen any proposals requiring disclosure of AI tools, data rights clauses, or AI ethics and bias clauses? How do you manage these requirements, especially regarding cybersecurity and compliance?
We have been asked a few times whether we use any AI tools to respond to an RFP. We haven't figure out a generic answer for that yet. IMHO, it shouldn't matter what we use, provided we answer the questions compliantly and accurately, but there must be a reason customers want to know.
@Ana Paula Godinho we have not seen that yet in the past year and a half since we started using AI….but we are going to engage our legal department on a statement that we should use when it arises. I would assume we will disclose/state a theme that multiple human eyes review all content and is approved (which is true). Keep us posted on your journey on this matter please. Thanks
