Drop Down Options Selected: Need Full Visibility of Selection

Hello Product Team,

Currently, we have limited visibility of drop down options selected in a project. This makes it hard to review our responses, making it more of a difficult and time-consuming task. It also creates more risk in the proposal process, as it's hard to ensure the proper drop-down options are selected, especially when the options are very similar. Our customers will also face the same challenge when responding in this format, and it poses risks to their outbound responses.

Furthermore, internally, we are having to isolate by answer. For example, looking at the video, we will have to isolate all answers with "Functionality provided by the vendor as part of configuration (no customization) at implementation time" and do this for all options provided. It's a taxing method. The other method would be to export into an Excel and review outside the system and then adjust info, as needed, in the system. Again, another taxing method.
