Request:
We propose adding an icon to display which user last answered and saved the most recent project response—regardless of the assigned Author or Reviewer.
Current Limitations:
Currently, there is no clear indicator for the Project Team to identify who provided the most recent response.
While recent activity logs or Q&A activities provide some insight, this information is not visible on the answering page or within the Project Dashboard.
Proposed Solution:
Introduce a visual indicator showing who last saved or answered a project question, even if that user is not the assigned Author or Reviewer.
- Preferred Approach: Add an additional user icon to the left of the “Answered” toggle to indicate who last provided the response.
- Alternative Approach: If adding a new icon isn’t feasible, update the existing Author icon to reflect the user who most recently answered—similar to how Loopio displays this information.
Benefits to Qualtrics:
- Enhances project visibility for the entire Project Team.
- Provides transparency by clearly identifying who last updated each project response.
