- Ownership ( email address and name)
- Frequency of usage
- Associated metadata (e.g., content type, creation date, last modified date)
- Customizable Export: Allow filtering options before export (e.g., by Business Unit or content category).
- File Format: Support common file types for export, such as CSV or Excel.
