Our client, Ryan Klein, noted that he has an excessive amount of content in the content library. He said that it started with the thought process of the bigger the net the higher percentage chance there will be a match for the next RFP. So in that vein, want as many answers as humanly possible so chance of Responsive filling out for them goes up but in practice it hasn't happened. The current process is he creates a project and runs it through auto respond to see if there are any matches. If there are, he applies them and sends to Excel and then fills in any answers that didn't get picked up in the auto respond. Then, once he's done he leverages 'Import File' via the Content Library to import all of that information into the content library. He never actually goes through completing the project for the duplicate check to run because there are times where he has a 'vendor response' field and a 'comment's field and he doesn't always need to enter any comments in so to him, it's a completed answer but to Responsive it still needs to be filled out to be considered "complete." He wants a way to filter out everything that was auto-responded to because then that to him means it's a completed answer. We currently don't have a way to do that, but it would save him some headache. He's happy with everything else otherwise.
