We have introduced an option for the Basic Rich Text Answer type, allowing Project Managers to define character or word limits.
Problems Solved
- Previously, only an alert was shown when the answer exceeded the set character or word limit, but authors could continue typing beyond the limit.
- This caused additional work for reviewers, who had to adjust lengthy answers manually, leading to repetitive tasks, reassignments, and project delays.
