Genesys - Custom report to pull Q&A review overdue

Customer would like to have a downloadable report to fetch data of the Q&A pair which are still pending/overdue review in CCL.

Hi @Delora Immaculat J - They can use the advanced filters to filter the overdue Q&A and export it.

Hi @Delora Immaculat J @Tyler Richard - Please try exporting directly in the library page, In the review page we don't have option to export.
