Custom report showing QA pairs that contain specific words in answers

Hi everyone!

Our Library has many QA pairs where the response is just a "Yes" or "No". We would like to change those response and update them with more information so that it's not just a single word.

Is there a way to create a custom report that would show only those QA pairs whose answers are "Yes" or "No"?

There are two obstacles I'm coming against:

1. When I search for "Yes. " or "Yes." I still get the responses like "Yes, our solution provides….". What is the best way to limit these to just "Yes" or "No"?
2. Is there a way to create a custom report that would look into the content of the answers itself? In the options under the Answer Library custom reports, there are many options like Flags, Answer ID, Content Score, but has anyone found a way to look for specific wording?

Thanks for reaching out with your query. As of now it is not possible to search only for a specific word as response in the content library or to create custom library. The other work around would be to export the questions with responses which has "Yes" as an answer to an Excel sheet and apply the filter there to only drill down questions which has a single word response and do the edit there in the excel sheet if required and upload the updated sheet back to the platform, which updates the QA's in the library.
