Happy Tuesday, everyone!
As many Responders know, your library is a constantly evolving organism. As your organization and internal processes evolve, so too should your library. Today's Tool Tip will focus on how best to approach a restructuring of your library to support your company's growing needs.
When undertaking this endeavor we recommend creating an Organizational Framework:
- Exploration - Determine any areas of improvement.
- Strategize - Listen to your users and try to develop a new strategy around their feedback. Bonus points if you're able to create a focus group!
- Implement - Introduce your team to all of the changes that were born out of the first two steps, roll them out, and then give your team the necessary resources to navigate these changes successfully.
- Continuous Improvement - Measure the success of the changes by surveying your users and adjusting accordingly based on their feedback.
If you'd like to learn more about this process then I urge you to watch this session from our Responsive Summit 2024.
As always, if you have any questions then reach out to your Customer Success Team.
Until next time — happy responding!
