Today’s tool tip is focused on when to add alternative questions and additional answers to an existing Q/A Pair in your library. Here is a short video reviewing this inside of the platform.
Below is a list of the rule of 5 for creating new answers:
1. Response - The perfect response you will typically use.
2. Text Only
3. Short - Short and sweet response with no extra details. Great for word count limitations.
4. Detailed - Very detailed response with potentially too much information but is good to reference.
5. Internal Note - Maybe a note from your leadership or manager, highlighting a focus point for this Q/A pair.
When a new answer type falls outside of these categories, it may justify creating a new Q/A pair instead!
