I'm looking for a product enhancement that allows a customer-specific Word company-branded Response Template/Theme File to be used when importing/exporting Q&A record updates from the Content Library.
With the Import/Export Updates tool in the content library, we are currently limited to exporting to a Default Word Template that exports styled content but breaks the Word / Responsive style mapping because the styles are not present in the Default Template.
If we could use the Content Library "Export Content" functionality to export Q&As to a company-branded template containing customer-specific styles (rather than a plain default Word doc), we could retain their styles.
In Word, when we import styles from the client's Response Template into the Default Word Template (containing the exported content), we are able to apply style changes (after the fact) and import the updated content/style. The newly applied styles will map correctly upon import in Responsive. However, currently, there is no way to export the content using "Export Content" and be able to retain the styles already applied in Responsive.
The current gap is that the Default Template does not contain company-branded style. Therefore, we are wondering if there is a possibility to explore a product enhancement that essentially combines a company-branded response template/theme file & the Default Word Document used to import/export QA record updates.
