Thanks for looking into this. I also needed to check what went wrong here today. The change I made around 3:00PM yesterday to the Primary SME field was adding a new SME. When I did that I wanted to check if the Category on top needs to change also. Especially, as we discussed earlier this week, we do not have designated SMEs in Sections nor use Catalogs. So Instead of leaving it to All, I checked the Q/A Pairs option. I didn’t know that it will wipe off other areas automatically. When I switched from All to Q&A pairs and eventually clicked back to All, the Searchable and Facet boxes were cleared. They are at a lower spot of the screen and is not even visible immediately.
I made this unintentional mistake but this doesn’t seem intuitive so I am providing further background on what happened.
