Enhance the Project Document stagging tool

One challenge I've noticed when speaking with Government Contractors is that they often receive a large number of documents that all describe different aspects of the job and/or how they are supposed to present their response, and organizing all of those documents gets complicated.

CorrDyn is a client that recently chose us largely because of the functionality we already have to organize those documents. I believe enhancing this functionality would give us a huge advantage over competition with/ Government Contractors in the future.

Something as simple as a project-specific tagging system for those documents would be beneficial. On a more advanced level, maybe we could whitelist which documents our AI Assistant can look into, which is a very common request from government contractors.

For the first one - Can we suggest users to use folders to group documents?

For the second one - Can we suggest users to use the AI Assistant Search criteria in Project Settings to narrow down the content to be used by AIA?

For this one, the folder system definitely works to help organize everything, but it also affects the export package. Something more versatile and less impactful would be helpful.
For this one, that really doesn't work for what the request is. It would help narrow the focus of the AI to the subject, but it wouldn't help them write their response in a way that directly addresses what the client is asking.

This really isn't 2 enhancement requests but one that could eventually solve multiple challenges. The overall request is to enhance the Project Documents page to allow our Government Contractors to organize and search through all the documents more effectively, which I think would be a huge benefit and can come from functionality that already exists elsewhere in the platform.

@Tyler Graves Thank you for adding more details to the request. I have tried to explain my understanding below as a workflow.

Proposal manager creates a project
Proposal manager then uploads reference and supporting documents into the project documents tab
Upon using AI to gernerate answers, the AI should first look for answers in the documents uploaded in the project document tab.
Author can specify one or more documents in the project document tab as source for AI to generate answers.

Please confirm if my understanding is correct?
