Uncover 'Auto Respond' action at section level.

if auto-respond is our core functionality in project and at each level, should that not be more evident, placed outside this 3 dot menu? It is hard to locate Auto respond for section level in the middle of 3 dot menu. Please consider moving it outside and show on the section list page itself.
